We handcraft all our products from the rearing of our farm.
The workers of the ESAT la Cézarenque (establishment and services of help by the work) maintain the agricultural domain:
- Farm of breeding:
Pigs fattened outdoors
Ewe for meat
Goats (Pélardons)
Poultry
- Haymaking and maintenance of the chestnut grove
and develop the products in our agro-food processing workshops:
Bakery / Pastry (sweet / salty)
Delicatessen
Chocolaterie
jams
biscuit
Restoration
Our products are sold on site at the store.
We deliver from September to June inclusive, every 15 days in Alès, Bagnols sur Cèze and Nîmes and once a quarter in Montpellier.
